Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are unforeseen delays, processing time may be extended. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 7 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the tracking information so we can resolve the issue. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation.
